HOW DOES THE PREORDER WORK?+
Join the waitlist — drop your email in the pop-up. Once preorders go live, choose your hoodie, select your size, complete payment securely, and your piece from our first production run will be reserved before public stock.
WHEN DO I GET MY HOODIE?+
Because every hoodie is produced after the preorder window closes, production begins once preorders have been collected. Please allow approximately 6-8 weeks from the date you place your preorder for manufacturing, quality control, and shipping. We'll keep you updated throughout the process and send tracking information as soon as your order ships.
HOW DO YOU KNOW MY SIZE?+
Your selected size is saved automatically during checkout when preorders open. Simply choose your preferred size before completing payment.
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?+
When preorders launch , payments will be processed securely through Payfast, supporting cards, Instant EFT, and other supported South African payment methods. No payment is taken before the preorder officially opens.
CAN I CANCEL MY PREORDER?+
Yes. You can contact go@ag3pe.com before production begins and we'll help you with your request. Once manufacturing has started, cancellations may no longer be possible because every hoodie is produced specifically for the preorder.
WHAT IF MY SIZE SELLS OUT?+
The first drop is intentionally limited. Joining the waitlist through the pop-up gives you the best chance of ordering your preferred size as soon as preorders open.
